Big Wheelers (South Wales) Limited first started trading in Cardiff, South Glamorgan in 1999 and with continued expansion and success became an independent limited company in November 2003.

The company is ideally located in North Cardiff, just a few minutes from the M4 Junction 32/A470 in Cardiff Business Park, Llanishen with the vehicle yard being located just 100 meters away to the rear of the S4C Television Studios.

There is a large fleet of training vehicles covering all the main licence categories including LGV C (HGV Class 2), LGV C+E (HGV Class 1), PCV D1 (minibus), PCV D1+E (minibus plus trailer) and B+E (car/van towing trailer).

Training is delivered by highly qualified DSA LGV Registered instructors who provide quality training in the comfort of clean modern vehicles. We also have a team of administration staff who are happy to help and give expert advice on all matters ranging from licence applications for an individual or arrange a specific tailored training course for a company.

Our Training Centre is approved to deliver the new Driver CPC and we also offer additional training such as analogue and digital tachograph operations, Lorry Loader (HIAB) Operator, Hazardous Cargo Driver (ADR) and Forklift Truck Operator (FLT).
